About Us
Carol Bell and Tamara Scott-Anderson became co-owners of Contents Interiors in 2001 with the goal of maintaining the company’s reputation of quality home furnishings and fastidious customer service, while adding their individual styles, personalities and passions.
To transform Contents Interiors from a furniture store to a full-service design center, we began our tradition of design seminars, local art shows and parties, welcoming all members of your families including your beloved pets. At any time of the year, you might stop in to learn how to decorate your home for the holidays, share a mint julep for the Kentucky Derby, join in celebrating Champagne Saturdays or adopt a dog from the Humane Society.
Contents’ mission is to make furnishing your home and the overall shopping experience enjoyable. Additionally, Contents’ staff is devoted to community service, working with charitable organizations, many of which are beneficiaries of Contents’ donations, such as last year’s recipients, the Angel Charity, the Heart Association, Southern Arizona Aides Foundation and the Humane Society.
We offer complete Interior Design services from our beautiful, state-of-the-art showroom and complete design resource center. We provide quality, high-end furnishing products including upholstery, case goods, modular office furniture systems, area rugs, window coverings, custom bedding, mattresses, lighting, art work, accessories, flooring and specialty wall finishes. We are an independent and locally-women-owned business, hold an Arizona Contractors license and are licensed and bonded to subcontract non-structural interior surfaces and design.
As a member of the national furniture organization, Sustainable Furniture Council (SFC), Contents Interiors works locally to raise consumer and manufacturer awareness about “Green” and sustainability issues in the furniture industry, and strives to provide home furnishings from suppliers that use sustainable business practices and materials in the manufacture of their products. SFC members acknowledge the tremendous urgency and are taking immediate steps to minimize carbon emissions, waste stream pollutants, non-recyclable content and primary materials from unsustainable sources from any product platform under our control.
