I enjoy the creative process and personal interaction of helping clients with interior design projects, but I believe the true role of a professional designer is to help move a project along with the best interest of the client in mind. This requires that a designer listen to the needs and expectations of a client then be assertive and organized enough to make it happen.
Tamara Scott-Anderson, ASID
Tamara has worked as a residential designer since 1986, with BA and MA degrees from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Having passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) examination, Tamara is nationally qualified as a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a licensed Interior Designer.
Tamara has served as past president of the local chapter of ASID and has won several Design Excellence Awards for her work. She has also passed the Arizona State Registrar of Contractors qualifying exam and holds both the residential and commercial contractors license for Contents Interiors.
As Vice President of Contents Interiors and its lead interior designer, Tamara has high standards for her staff of designers. She insists on a staff that is educated in their field and professional in their customer service and business practices. Tamara, along with her business partner, Carol Bell, are committed to providing the resources, training and support needed to allow the Contents Interiors design staff to complete any design project in a timely and professional manner.
In addition, Carol and Tamara maintain the latest and timeless styles of furnishings in their beautiful Tucson showroom and design resource center, where customers can sit on, feel and examine the quality of items before they purchase.
Any of Contents Interiors design staff can help clients choose a single item or plan an entire room or house, as well as help with new home construction or a remodeling project. Although managing her staff and showroom keeps Tamara busy, she enjoys teaming up with any of her staff to take on large, long-term projects.
The calmness of the room makes it an ideal place to relax, listen to music and read.

Many of my customers have a clear vision of their home when they walk in the door, and others want me to push them beyond where they have been, into a whole new style environment. This wide variety of taste and experience is what makes us tick as designers.
Sharon has been personable and delightful to work with. She listened to what we liked – even when we were not sure what we liked – and pulled everything together. She has a very good eye and vision of what the end product will be, and she suggested some unique ideas that I love and really made it feel like part of us. I highly recommend her.

My passion is home environments – all styles, old and new – and the diversity of the people who live in them. I focus on natural light and use color to illuminate each area into unique interiors with a charm and harmony, custom mixing a space to become part of the client’s identity.

Julie has great ideas, is fun to work with and always, always makes sure that her design solutions fit who you are and how you live. I can count on her for her guidance and creativity. Thank you, Julie.
Julie Lopez
Julie started her career with Contents Interiors twenty-one years ago. With time off to raise her son, Paul, she is back and still passionate about beautiful furniture and gorgeous rooms. Julie works tirelessly for the Angel Charity and is celebrating 20 years of dedication to the American Heart Association. The moment you meet her, you’ll know that she comes from Atlanta, GA, where she still loves to visit friends and family.
I love working to find just the right furniture for each client’s needs and creating that special touch to make a house a home.

My wife and I knew we had found the solution to our real need, a professional designer to help us space-plan, pick paint colors, furnish and find suitable window coverings for our new home we were building on Mt. Lemmon. Cindi was everything we were looking for in a designer – a listener, a counselor and a tireless researcher, who would look and look to find us exactly what we wanted.
Cindi Schaefer
Cindi’s first career was as a chief master sergeant in the US Air Force. Upon retiring, she went back to school, became an interior designer and started her career with Contents Interiors. She keeps busy with a teenage son, Taylor, who attends Salpointe. When she has free time, she loves to hike on Mt. Lemmon with her dog, Slush.
I believe design begins with a great attitude and lots of energy. Utilizing my listening skills is a must. Then I design the space that will fulfill all of the client’s needs, wants and dreams. Touching people with my design is what it’s all about.
Pam was always conscious of my budget and helped me stay within that limit. She was always careful not to be negative toward some of the inappropriate things I had lugged across the country, but she was able to help me see that they were not going to work. I’m still not sure how she did it!
Pam Trevisan
With an earned scholarship, Pam received her associate degree from the School of Art Institute of Chicago and received another degree while living in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her favorite way to spend an afternoon is browsing through art galleries.
Beauty has always had an effect on the human spirit. Our homes should affect us in a positive, inspirational way. I have always been happy in this element as a designer to capture each client’s desires.
