To help you determine your style, read the following descriptions and see if one or more of these categories describe your personality and lifestyle.

Casual

Casual styles reflect today’s easy-living lifestyles. Think of comfortable sofas, carefree, durable fabrics, matte finishes and a range of woods, including rustic and various wood finishes. Warm interiors are created with earthy, neutral colors, textured upholstery and personal keepsakes.

Contemporary

Things sleek, simple and streamlined embody Contemporary. The modern look focuses on function with solid colors, clean lines and minimalist patterns. Uncomplicated interiors are defined with large-scale accessories and artwork. Materials in Classic Contemporary include leather, metal and glass, while the more Organic Contemporary includes natural wood, bamboo and sea grass.

Traditional

Traditional styles are more formal with symmetrical designs, graceful curves, rich colors dark woods and more formal upholstery. Antiques, exposed wood chairs and overstuffed sofas in tapestry and print fabrics, along with Oriental carpets, exemplify timeless Traditional styles. Regional to Arizona, this may include influences of Spanish Colonial style, using heavily carved woods and accents of tile and stone.

Eclectic

Eclectic interiors are highly individualistic and feature mixing compatible styles. Accents include objects collected from around the world and ethnic and artesian pieces. Furniture is textured, and designs cross various styles and periods. Eclectic style reflects personal interests and a unique eye.

Southwestern

Location and history of states west of Rocky Mountains regionally influence Southwestern styles. Influences range from the cowboy western ranch, log cabin lodge, Mexican hacienda colors and motifs with strong Native American designs and savvy Santa Fe. Fabrics tend to have strong color, bold pattern and earthy textures. Woods are very rustic, raw and painted. Accents include handwrought metals, leather, hair on hides and regionally found artifacts.
